Our Lighting Hub System
While researching lighting designs, I found myself inspired. I came across beautiful designs, but also noticed recurring design flaws that customers frequently complained about—issues I knew we could improve. This sparked my motivation to go beyond simply fixing those problems by creating something better, adding features and advantages that other products lacked.
Challenges in Existing Designs
During my research, I saw that many lights relied on simple click-together assemblies, which created several issues that customers discovered too late. These designs were often fragile, with parts prone to breaking during assembly due to their poor construction and design. Some companies even include extra parts to anticipate breakage, and when too many pieces break, customers often face costly and inconvenient DIY repairs, especially if parts need to be ordered from overseas. In many cases, people resort to gluing pieces together just to make the light usable.
Our Solution: The Lighting Hub System
The easiest approach for us would have been to use the same click-together system, but selling subpar products is against our vision and principles. Instead, we decided to create a superior solution with our own innovative Lighting Hub System. This design virtually eliminates the issues associated with other handcrafted lights, while also providing unique advantages and features.
